Selection of Caravan Holiday Homes


The make and model of your choice may be supplied through our sales department, who will be pleased to help you with this important decision. Brochures are available showing the wide range of homes that have been designed to meet your family needs. A number of demonstration models are usually on the park and we will be pleased to show you these as well as the pitches that are available. Connection Fees

As mentioned above, we can supply the holiday home of your choice and the "complete on pitch" prices of all makes and models are available from the park reception or sales department.

Our competitive "complete on the pitch" price includes (if not already included by the manufacturer):

	Siting and connection to mains services of water, electricity and drainage
	1000 Watt kettle, Gas cylinders and regulator or LPG connection to piped system
	Entrance steps, Smoke detector and High quality refrigerator
	Connection to underground TV aerial where available or normal TV aerial
	Ramtech Intruder Alarm

Preowned Caravans are 'complete on pitch'. WDLH and the Park are acting as an Agent on behalf of the existing owner and the company is not providing a warranty or after sales service.

Licence Period

The Agreement, drawn up by the British Holiday and Home Park Association in consultation with the Office of Fair Trading, is issued to Owners of Caravan Holiday Homes on the parks. This maintains the high standard expected today and ensures the Owners of Caravan Holiday Homes have the security of tenure recognized by the Government and all the interested authorities. The Agreement gives security of tenure for 15 years from the date of manufacture. This ensures that the standard of the park is maintained. The details of the Licence Agreement are explained and agreed when a sale is completed.

Summer Season

The Holiday Parks are open for the summer season from mid March until the beginning of November. The dates being reviewed annually to check the feasibility of a longer season. Subletting At present we do not encourage commercial subletting but appreciate that owners may wish to recover some of the pitch fee by allowing close friends and relatives to use their holiday home. We have no objection to this practice as long as the reception and staff are not involved.

Pitch Fee

The Pitch Fees are reviewed annually and the current pitch fee for a particular pitch on one of our parks will be displayed on the availability list. If you purchase a Caravan Holiday Home during the season the fees will be prorata.
