Camping Pods

Our luxury Dorset Glamping Pods located on 3 of our parks offer the same enjoyment of the great outdoors and getting close to nature without the creepy-crawlies and the cold nights. You can enjoy all the best aspects of Camping – Countryside and beautiful surroundings on your doorstep; quality time with family and friends; fresh air; the soothing sound of nature and the rain; and much, much more.

You also get all the benefits of Glamping – No need to lug that tent along on holiday; no half-blown up air mattress, waterproof, cosy and warm, heating and electricity; and increased safety.

We’ve given our Dorset Glamping Pods prime locations at three of our Holiday Parks.

  • At Highlands End Holiday Park our Dorset glamping pods sit on a stunning cliff top right on the Jurassic Coast. You simply cannot beat this location if you’re looking to truly appreciate the beauty and majesty of the world-famous Dorset coastline.
  • At Graston Copse Holiday Park our pods offer glamping near Weymouth. Set in a peaceful location within 5 acres of land adjacent to a river and farmland. It’s the perfect location for those who wish to enjoy a peaceful holiday with the idyllic Dorset countryside at your doorstep. It is also within easy access of the stunning Bridport to Weymouth coast road.
  • Our glamping pods at Golden Cap Holiday Park are set in a small valley surrounded by 2,000 acres of stunning national trust land and a short walk to Seatown beach. Hire a pod here as the perfect base for walking and family fun.

Our innovative pods are hand-crafted in Dorset by Regal Holiday Homes so you can certain of an authentic Dorset glamping experience. Each Camping Pod is 4.8 metres long by 2.8 metres wide, fully insulated with double glazed patio doors and have a small wooden porch, which includes 2 wooden boot boxes that can be used as storage space as well as under-cover seating benches

Each of our glamping pods sleeps 4 adults /children comfortably with a double and twin beds with mattresses. The two sleeping areas have a small wooden partition and archway that separate the double from the twins. Don’t forget to bring your own pillows and bed linen, or even a sleeping bag for a more authentic camping experience. The Camping Pods have electricity with a light, a small heater, a double plug socket, a fully functional smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarm and free use of the communal toilets and shower blocks.

There is a large picnic bench outside to enjoy the great outdoors and parking is available for 1 car per pod. Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs in the Camping Pods (however, dogs are more than welcome in our camping pitches). BBQ’s are permitted on the grass area around the pod and we supply bricks for the BBQ’s to be placed on.
